US Anesthesia Partners, Inc. (USAP) recognizes the importance of ensuring care team members have a voice at the highest levels of the organization. In 2022, USAP established the National Care Team Advisory Council (NCAC), a nationwide committee of care team members, to share in strategy, decision-making, and alignment with the physician leadership of USAP’s Clinical Operations Committee (COC).
What sets the NCAC apart is its foundation—real-world experience. Every member brings firsthand insight into the challenges and opportunities facing today’s anesthesia professionals. The NCAC fosters an environment where collaboration thrives and ideas are openly shared across regions, roles, and experience levels.
The NCAC is important for our organization because it provides a voice for team members at all levels. Our goal is to actively listen to the issues facing CRNAs and develop creative solutions. Some are easy changes, while others are incredibly complex—but every conversation moves us forward.
