CARING

USAP is a proud member of the many communities we serve - giving back to those who trust us with their health.
Addressing Health & Welfare, Education and Civic Enrichment.
USAP Cares combines our employee volunteerism and strategically aligned company resources to address essential community needs in the areas of health and welfare, education and civic enrichment.
Our values to conduct our business with integrity, excellence, respect, innovation, and accountability have guided us not only in the clinical setting, but also in our support of the communities where we live and serve.
Stepping Up When It Matters
USAP is a family. We take care of each other, our patients and our communities to the best of our abilities. Each year, that commitment comes to life during USAP Cares Week, our national week of service dedicated to giving back to those in need. In 2025, events during this week spanned 23 different charitable organizations and more than 375 USAP employees contributed over 1,000 hours of service. Together, these efforts impacted at least 60,000 people in communities across Colorado, Florida, Maryland, Nevada, Texas, and Washington.
Serving Our Communities
From participating in 5k races benefiting charities, sponsoring back-to-school supplies for low-income children, and hosting blood drives, our associates are always ready to make a difference for those in need. Previous efforts have included local support of the Make-A-Wish Foundation, March of Dimes, Susan G. Komen for the Cure, local hospitals and schools, and many other important causes.
Being a Good Global Citizen
In addition to our community involvement in our local communities, we partner with responsible global organizations to contribute our expertise on clinical mission trips.
An example of this can be seen in USAP’s support of Florida Hospital's Sharing Smiles program. Sharing Smiles surgical teams are comprised of plastic surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, technicians and other volunteers who travel to select cities in Latin America to provide reconstructive surgery to children suffering from physical and emotional distress caused by facial deformities.
