Courtney Klefstad, VP of Operations

Courtney Klefstad is the Vice President of Operations for USAP Texas (Gulf Coast). Throughout her career in healthcare administration, she has established herself as a leader in operational and financial management, analysis and problem solving, program and business development, project management, and team building.

Prior to joining USAP in 2024, Courtney served in various leadership development roles with the Baptist Health System in San Antonio, HealthSouth and Memorial Hermann Healthcare System in Houston, and Radiology Partners across three states. Her achievements in the field have been widely recognized and awarded, and her expertise has been instrumental in USAP's continued growth and innovation.
